- Alfasigma UK Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 03400161, with its registered office at Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB1 2LA, and main trading address at Belmont House, 148 Belmont Road, Uxbridge UB8 1HE; and
- Alfasigma Ireland Limited, registered in Ireland with its registered office at Block 3, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin, Ireland.
In these terms, “Alfasigma”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the relevant entity operating the Site in your jurisdiction. Where both entities are involved, they act jointly in making the Site available.

- you retain ownership of your content;
- you confirm that it meets our acceptability criteria, including that it is not defamatory, malicious, offensive or illegal.
- you confirm that you have the right to share it; and
- you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, store, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
This licence will end when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared or retained for legal purposes.
We may remove content that does not comply with applicable standards or legal requirements.
We have the right to disclose your identity to anyone who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our Site violates their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the acceptable use standards set out in our Site.
